Welcome to Smart Tutor LMS (www.smarttutorlms.com)These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform. By registering or accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
2025 ජනවාරි 01 දින සිට බලපැවැත්වෙන පරිදි මෙම නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි අපගේ Smart Tutor LMS වේදිකාවේ ඔබේ සියලුම භාවිතයන්ට අදාළ වේ. අපගේ සේවාවන් ලියාපදිංචි වීමෙන් හෝ ප්‍රවේශ වීමෙන්, ඔබ පහත සඳහන් නියමයන්ට අනුකූල වීමට එකඟ වනු ඇත
01.User Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Smart Tutor LMS. If you are under 18, you must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- ගිණුමක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමේදී, ඔබ නිවැරදි, සම්පූර්ණ තොරතුරු සැපයීමට එකඟ වේ. ඔබගේ පිවිසුම් තොරතුරු එනම් මුරපද සහ ගිණුම් තොරතුරුවල රහස්‍යභාවය පවත්වා ගැනීම සහ ඔබගේ ගිණුම යටතේ ඇති සියලුම ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතුය.
02.Use of the Platform
- You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. Any attempt to copy, share, or resell content without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Once purchased, you will receive access to course content including videos, notes, quizzes, and assignments. All content is the intellectual property of Smart Tutor LMS or its instructors and is for personal use only.
- ඔබ Smart Tutor LMS වේදිකාව නීත්‍යානුකූල අධ්‍යාපනික අරමුණු සඳහා පමණක් භාවිතා කිරීමට එකඟ වේ. අවසරයකින් තොරව අන්තර්ගතය පිටපත් කිරීමට, බෙදා ගැනීමට හෝ විකිණීමට ගන්නා ඕනෑම උත්සාහයක් සපුරා තහනම්ය.
- මිලදී ගත් පසු, ඔබට වීඩියෝ, සටහන්, ප්‍රශ්නාවලිය සහ පැවරුම් ඇතුළුව පාඨමාලා අන්තර්ගතයට ප්‍රවේශය ලැබෙනු ඇත. සියලුම අන්තර්ගතයන් Smart Tutor LMS හෝ එහි උපදේශකයින්ගේ බුද්ධිමය දේපළ වන අතර එය පුද්ගලික භාවිතය සඳහා පමණි.
03.Payment Terms & Subscription Policy
- Courses can be purchased via MasterCard or Visa.
- Some courses offer one-time payments, while others may be on monthly subscription plans.
- Access will be granted upon successful payment confirmation.
- All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), unless otherwise stated.
04.Important – Monthly Payment Policy (Sinhala)
- ඔබ පාඨමාලාවට මුදල් ගෙවන දින සිට නැවත මුදල් ගෙවිය යුතු දිනයටම නැවත මුදල් ගෙවිය යුතු බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
- එසේ නිවැරදි දිනට මුදල් ගෙවීම් පැහැර හැරියහොත් ඔබට පාඨමාලා ප්‍රවේශය විවෘත වන්නේ නැත. එනම් ඔබට ඒ ඒ දින වලට අදාළ පන්තියට අදාළ Zoom Link එක පාඨමාලාවේදී දිස් නොවේ.
- දිගින් දිගටම ගෙවීම් වාර දෙකක් ගෙවීම් පැහැර හැරීමෙන් ඔබ පාඨමාලාව හැර ගියා සේ සලකනු ලබන අතර ඔබේ ශිෂ්‍ය ගිණුම ස්වයංක්‍රිය පද්ධතිය මගින් මකා දමනු ඇත.
- ශිෂ්‍ය ගිණුමේ ප්‍රවේශ තොරතුරු (Student Login Details – Username and Password) සම්බන්ධව ගැටළුවක් හෝ ගෙවීමේදී ඇතිවන ගැටලු සඳහා කරුණාකර තාක්ෂණික කණ්ඩායමට 074 2424 501 WhatsApp පණිවිඩයක් යොමු කරන්න.
05.No Refund Policy
- As our courses provide immediate access to downloadable content, all purchases are final. No refunds or returns will be provided. Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing.
06.Platform Availability
- We are committed to maintaining a stable and reliable learning platform, available 24 hours a day. Our technical team actively monitors the system and works continuously to fix bugs and improve performance.
- However, despite our best efforts, there may be occasional interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party service issues, or emergency maintenance). We strive to resolve any such issues as quickly as possible to minimize disruption.
07.Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in any illegal activity.
08.Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
